Intelligent Access Microware (IAM) warrants the listed equipment against defects in material and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase. IAM computer equipment is warranted for a period of 2 years.
If you discover a defect in this product, IAM will, at its option repair or replace the product at no charge to you, provided you return it during the warranty period, transportation charges prepaid, to IAM or to the dealer from whom you purchased it.
This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse or misapplication, has been modified without permission from IAM, or if any of the serial number or model number labels have been removed or defaced.
This warranty applies only to products manufactured by IAM or to products listed here which have been purchased with our warranty from IAM or one of our authorized dealers.
Extended Service Agreement
IAM offers service agreements on all of the equipment we sell. The Extended Service Agreement (ESA) is valid for a period of one year and is renewable. It covers the service costs associated with normal use of a piece of equipment and telephone technical support. The Agreement also allows for one annual maintenance check. These agreements can be purchased at any time in the life of a product.
For older equipment, we reserve the right to inspect the product before offering the Service Agreement. The fee for this inspection is separate from the Service Agreement and is payable in advance.
