Accommodating Employees with Disabilities
Though the “duty to accommodate” has been recognized for over two decades, it
continues to pose significant challenges to employers. Accommodation, or
accessibility, is defined as a modification to a job or work environment that
will enable a qualified person with a disability to perform required functions.
